EcoWear.ai User Agreement

EcoWear.ai is a technology company that provides a platform for users to create custom designs and connect with third-party manufacturers. Our role is to facilitate the process of transforming your designs into tangible products through our proprietary tools and partnerships with manufacturers.

• Ownership of Content: You retain full ownership of any content you upload to EcoWear.ai. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or create any content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

• Technology Provider: EcoWear.ai provides design tools and connects users to third-party manufacturers. We do not create, modify, or approve the designs generated by users.
• Third-Party Manufacturing: EcoWear.ai partners with manufacturers to fulfill user-generated orders but is not responsible for the production, quality, or delivery of the manufactured products.

Users agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. EcoWear.ai does not review user-submitted content for legal compliance and reserves the right to remove any content deemed to violate intellectual property laws without prior notice.

If you believe your copyright or intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at contact@ecowear.ai. We will take appropriate action in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

EcoWear.ai provides its platform "as is" and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or quality of the content generated by users. To the extent permitted by law, EcoWear.ai will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its platform.

EcoWear.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms, particularly those found to engage in intellectual property infringement.

EcoWear.ai may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
